These terms govern use of Vanderburgh County Court Records, a private reference site for Indiana and Vanderburgh County record access. Indiana public records may be governed by the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, IC 5-14-3, and Indiana court records may be governed by the Indiana Rules on Access to Court Records.

1. What This Website Is

This website is a privately operated reference resource. It is not the Vanderburgh County Clerk of the Courts, Vanderburgh Circuit Court, Vanderburgh Superior Court, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office, the Indiana Judicial Branch, or any federal court. It points users to public portals, offices, addresses, request channels, and general record-access information.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not interfere with site operation, misuse search features, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale, or use information from this site to harass, threaten, discriminate, or violate any law. You are responsible for checking official Vanderburgh County or Indiana sources before acting on record information.

3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information from this site may not be used for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance, eligibility decisions, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.
